Position: Litigation Attorney
Location: Southfield, MI

Moss & Colella, P.C., a respected plaintiff-side litigation firm, is seeking a talented and driven Litigation Attorney to join our team. We are looking for a motivated professional with 3–5 years of experience in litigation, a strong command of legal writing, and a passion for advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all phases of litigation from intake through trial
- Draft compelling legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct depositions, court hearings, and mediations
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to develop effective case strategies
- Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Michigan
- 3–5 years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills
- Deposition experience preferred
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
