Estate Planning and Probate Section

The Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Detroit Bar Association is a space for practitioners working in wills, trusts, estate administration, guardianships, conservatorships, and probate litigation. This newly combined section brings together attorneys from across the field to share resources, foster professional connections, and discuss developments in law and practice.

The Section supports connection and growth within the legal community by hosting events that promote networking, mentoring, and shared learning. Through collaboration and knowledge-sharing, it plays a key role in advancing excellence, professionalism, and community among estate and probate practitioners throughout the Detroit legal landscape.
