Detroit Bar Association Medical Malpractice Plaintiff Section Mission Statement

Victims of medical negligence face an uphill battle in their efforts to find answers to their questions, retain qualified counsel and hold healthcare providers and institutions accountable. The Detroit Bar Association Medical Malpractice Plaintiff Section provides a support network for attorneys who strive to be more effective advocates for victims of medical malpractice.

Our group will provide opportunities for education, collaboration and networking opportunities with other plaintiff attorneys who dedicate their careers to representing victims of medical malpractice. Through unity and share purpose we can help our clients level the playing field.
