Each case asks for:
5 to 10 hours
Time Commitment: 4-7 hours over 6 months per case/conviction, please note the application will be filed with the Volunteer Attorney’s name and address, so they can track the case for a hearing and any responses filed. Approximation of time commitment is as follows: apx. 1 hr. to review client docs and complete application; apex. 30 minutes to review AG response; apex. 30 minutes to review prosecutor response; apex. 30 to review MSP response; 1 hour hearing prep; and apx. 1-2 hrs. for virtual hearing maybe a little longer if in person hearing.
