The DMBA?s Court Section offers members detailed information about the judges of the Wayne County Circuit Court, the largest circuit court in the state.  Included are such things as motion and trial preferences and requirements, whether informal procedures are used in pretrial matters (whether a judge allows phone calls for status conferences, for example), contact information, and other pertinent information that gives practitioners that little edge in handling their case.  Click on the link in the upper left hand corner to start your search.

This Section also provides members with maps and phone numbers to the court and it?s associated branches, like the Friend of the Court.  In the months to come, we will be adding links to the state?s appellate courts, which will include information related to the Supreme Court?s administrative function, as well as helpful information about the many district courts in the region.
